Job summary

Scope Aust in Blacktown invites applications for Casual Disability Support Workers to assist across the Blacktown, Cambridge Park, Berkshire Park and Ropes Crossing SIL homes. You will provide warm, respectful, person-centred support and help participants with daily living, routines and community access.

You will follow care plans, use calm communication for de-escalation, and work independently within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and overnight (sleepover).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
• Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Green P’s or higher NSW driver’s licence.
• Valid Australian working rights and international police check (if applicable).

About The Role

We are recruiting 3 casuals to support across the Blacktown, Cambridge Park, Berkshire Park and Ropes Crossing area in our SIL homes
