This role is suited to people who:
  • Proudly promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in our clients’ day to day routines.
  • Are comfortable adhering too NDIS are plan as directed by clinical teams and Site Managers.
  • Provide extensive personal care and high-care supports, including showering, toileting, continence management, hoist transfers, dressing, and mealtime assistance, while maintaining participant dignity, choice, and respect.
  • Resides within a reasonable distance of Jordan Springs and is willing to work shorter shifts as part of a flexible roster.
  • Are reliable and proactive team players who works collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality support to participants.
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, safe, person-centred support in physically demanding environments.
  • Confidently use computer-based systems and able to complete clear, accurate, and detailed reporting within required timeframes.
Some of our requirements:

Full Australian working rights, regular access to a vehicle, a current NSW Driver Licence (P2 or higher), and flexible availability to work shorter shifts that may include 6:00am to 10:00am, 6:00am to 9:00am, 2:00pm to 8:00pm, 2:00pm to 10:00pm, and 2:30pm to 6:30pm.
