We are seeking a hands-on, compassionate Support Worker to provide personal care, mobility assistance, mealtime support, and essential reporting in a high-dependency home near Jordan Springs.

This home supports a mixture of female and male clients with high dependency and high-physical support needs. Support needs include mealtime and epilepsy management, full personal care, bowel care/enema and dysphagia support. If you are a support worker who is hands-on, compassionate, and committed to providing comprehensive care, then this role is for you.
Full Australian working rights, regular access to a vehicle, a current NSW Driver Licence (P2 or higher), and flexible availability to work shorter shifts that may include 6:00am to 10:00am, 6:00am to 9:00am, 2:00pm to 8:00pm, 2:00pm to 10:00pm, and 2:30pm to 6:30pm.
