Job summary

Crushing Goals in the Rockhampton region is seeking caring, energetic people for casual, immediate-start support roles, approx. 20 hours to begin.

We help children and adults with disabilities, including cerebral palsy and rare genetic conditions, and we value kindness and reliability. You'll provide one-on-one assistance with daily activities, personal care, meals, and community access, using safe lifting and hoisting techniques (training provided).

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or disability support is beneficial.
• Ability to assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Willingness to learn safe lifting and hoisting techniques (training provided).

20 hours to start.

At Crushing Goals, we’re all about making a real difference. We support children and adults living with disabilities (including cerebral palsy and rare genetic conditions), and we’re looking for caring, energetic people to join our team in the Rockhampton region.

Availability for early mornings and after school hours is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing friendly, one-on-one support tailored to each person’s needs
• Helping with daily activities like personal care, meals, and getting out into the community
• Using safe lifting and hoisting techniques (training provided!)
• Supporting routines and fun therapeutic activities that build independence and confidence
• Working closely with families, health professionals, and our amazing team
• Experience with PEG feeding or supporting people with challenging behaviours is a big plus, but not required.
