Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Rockhampton and surrounding areas. You’ll help people live independently with meals, daily tasks, community participation and mobility support. Current First Aid & CPR, Blue Card, and NDIS Worker Screening are required or we can assist with obtaining them.

We offer paid training, ongoing development, and career growth across roles. Shifts vary; permanent rosters are built to suit availability.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.
• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Rockhampton and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
