Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or a related qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to participants with daily living activities and personal care as required.
• Assist participants with community access, social activities, and appointments.
• Support household tasks including meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping.
• Implement individual support plans and behaviour support strategies.
• Promote participant independence, choice, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate daily notes, progress reports, and incident documentation.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and support coordinators.
• Comply with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, and duty-of-care obligations.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (if applicable).
• First Aid and CPR certification.
