Job summary

Unidex Healthcare is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support a middle-aged male participant in Maclean, NSW. The role focuses on person-centred care, communication support, daily routines, and enabling independence in the community.

Shifts are Thursday 12:30 PM–3:30 PM and Friday 9:30 AM–2:30 PM; pay rates include Day 41.25 p/h, Afternoon 45.37 p/h, Saturday 57.75 p/h, Sunday 74.25 p/h. Applicants must have relevant experience and clear checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Stoma Care, Catheter care and manual handling.
• With medication competencies
• Prior experience working with people who have complex care needs
• Prior experience with complex wound dressings
• Current First Aid & CPR
• National Police Clearance
• NDIS 'Worker Orientation' module and Supporting Effective Communication Module
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• Administering Medication Training Certificate
• Two current references are required

Available Shifts:

THURSDAY

• 12:30PM - 3:30PM (3)

FRIDAY

• 9:30AM - 2:30PM (5)

Pay rates:

• Day Shift - $41.25 p/h
• Afternoon Shift - $45.37 p/h
• Saturday Shift - $57.75 p/h
• Sunday Shift - $74.25 p/h
