Job summary

Aussie Angels Nursing Services is seeking caring, motivated Disability Support Workers to join a growing team in Queensland. You will provide person-centred support, helping participants live more independently, confidently and connected to their community, across days, evenings, overnights and public holidays. The role requires strong communication, reliability and the ability to manage time effectively within a busy schedule.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, Community Services or similar
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Blue Card
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Check
• Driver Licence
• Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle

Your Role

Experience

• Minimum 6 months experience in disability support
• Experience supporting people with disability
• Hoist training highly regarded
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Comfortable using CRM systems such as ShiftCare
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
