Alliance Community is seeking dedicated support workers to deliver personalised, client-focused care that helps people live independently with dignity.

You will be part of a values-driven team, offering flexible shifts, paid mileage, and ongoing training. A genuine passion for helping others, reliable vehicle, and at least 6 months of disability support experience are essential as you support daily living and community access.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in disability support.
• Up-to-date police check, working with children’s check, NDIS worker clearance, first aid and CPR, flu and COVID-19 vaccinations, and comprehensive car insurance.
