Job summary

Talent Propeller Limited, in partnership with Care For You, seeks carers to provide high-level 1:1 attendant care for SCI/ABI clients in Geelong and surrounding areas. You will work independently in clients' homes and as part of a supportive team to ensure comfort and safety.

Applicants should have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR. A driver's licence and own vehicle are preferred; a relevant disability qualification is advantageous but not required.

You are a genuine, caring, reliable carer who has a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our clients. You enjoy working independently with clients and their families as well as in a team environment. You have excellent communication and listening skills and can take direction from clients.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience providing high level 1:1 attendant care support for SCI (Spinal Cord Injury) & ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) injured clients is highly valued
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR certificates are essential
• Drivers Licence and own vehicle preferred
• A relevant Disability qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential

Locations and Pay

• Roles available in Geelong and Lara
• Pay rates between $36 - $80p/h
