Job summary

Care For You are recruiting Care Workers to provide high-quality 1:1 attendant care in Melbourne. Roles span inner and outer Melbourne with flexible hours and rosters planned four weeks ahead.

You will support clients and families both independently and as part of a team, using excellent communication and listening skills. Successful applicants will have (or be willing to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1:1 attendant care for SCI & ABI is valued but not essential.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR certificates required.
• Driver's Licence and own vehicle preferred.
• A relevant Disability qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience providing high level 1:1 attendant care support for SCI (Spinal Cord Injury) & ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) injured clients is highly valued but not essential
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR certificates
• Drivers Licence and own vehicle preferred
• A relevant Disability qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential
