Job summary

Enrichment Care provides Allied Health and Disability services to children, young people, and adults living with a disability. We strive to deliver a great customer experience and positive impact by enabling our clients with support.

We are currently looking for a Disability Support Worker to join Enrichment Care. As a Disability Support Worker you will provide day-to-day assistance in varied settings to promote independence, personal goals, and meaningful participation in daily activities,

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain.
• Australian Driver's license.
• Own vehicle.
• Experience in disability support work preferred.
• National Police Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to people with a disability in various environments to improve independence and personal goals.
• Assist with personal activities including hygiene, use of manual handling equipment, medication assistance, domestic tasks, and meals.
• Help participants engage in community, social and recreational activities.
• Support participants to achieve personal goals and growth in their daily lives.

What you need:
