Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care according to care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep).

• Encourage participation in social activities to promote community integration.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family, and other workers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports on progress and incidents.
• Transport participants on shift when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
• Valid Australian driver's license and access to reliable transportation may be required
• First Aid and CPR Certifications
• NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
• Current WWCC/ Blue Card
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability/Aged Care, or equivalent qualification (Preferable)

Key Responsibilities
