Job summary

Greenstaff Medical is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker in Melbourne to provide person-centred support, help clients achieve goals, and maintain independence.

You will assist with personal care, home duties, and community access, including manual handling and hoist operation where needed. A driver’s licence and First Aid/ CPR are preferred, with 1.5–2 years' experience in complex care required.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care and manual handling.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
• Minimum of 1.5-2 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker
• Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care or a similar field
