Knoxbrooke Incorporated in Melbourne is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to help participants live life to the fullest. You will provide one-to-one and group support, assist with personal care, and enable community participation in line with individual goals.

The role involves transporting clients, working in a team or solo, maintaining records, and following care plans with healthcare professionals.

Formación

• Experience in disability support and engagement with diverse participants.
• Ability to follow behaviour support plans and liaise with health professionals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication style.

Responsabilidades

• Transport clients to activities and appointments.
• Assist with personal care while encouraging independence.
• Lead or participate in group/community activities and maintain records.
• Follow care plans and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Work in a team or 1:1 with clients.
