Job summary

Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a friendly Disability Support Worker to provide tailored 1:1 community access support to a female participant in Seville, Victoria. The role focuses on helping her stay connected, build independence and enjoy meaningful activities in the community.

You will assist with cafés, shopping, appointments, walks and other outings while maintaining a safe, supportive and professional approach.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 community access support to a female participant.
• Assist with social outings, errands, and appointments.
• Help participant stay connected and build independence.
• Work safely and professionally in community settings.
