Cerebral Palsy Alliance Beacon Hill, NSW is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our Accommodation and Respite service. This permanent part-time role offers ~30+ hours per week across morning, day, evening and awake night shifts, supporting clients to live as independently as possible in a domestic setting.

You will help with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration and mobility support, ensuring safety, dignity and person-centred care.

Clients can range in age from their early 20s through to more mature-aged clients.* Individuals living in CPA group homes may have a variety of disabilities, including but not limited to Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down syndrome, and other intellectual or physical disabilities.* Clients may also present with differing levels of medical needs and behaviours, requiring varying levels of support.**Role Overview**We are looking for **dedicated Disability Support Workers** to join our **Accommodation and Respite service at our** **Beacon Hill** **group home**.
