Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) in NSW seeks a dedicated Disability Support Practitioner to join our Elanora Heights accommodation and respite service. This permanent part-time role (~20 hours/week) provides person-centred support in a domestic setting to clients with disability, helping them live as independently as possible.

You will assist with daily living, personal care, medication administration, mobility, and community activities while upholding CPA values of Passionate, Respectful,

Qualifications

• Commitment to person-centred care.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (P2).
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working With Children Check.
• First Aid & CPR.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living tasks including cooking, mealtimes, cleaning.
• Provide personal care in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Administer medication in line with care plans.
• Assist with mobility and manual handling and use of equipment.
• Monitor and document client wellbeing, reporting changes.
• Work collaboratively to maintain a supportive team environment.
