Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or rostering for a complex service delivery business is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Competent with computer systems and rostering tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rosters are regularly reviewed to meet service indicators.
• Minimise travel time to maximise direct client time.
• Handle day-to-day rescheduling and cover unplanned absences.
• Ensure staff compatibility with clients.
