Job summary

MercyCare Ltd. is seeking a Rostering Administrator to keep operations moving across our Western Australian services. You will build and manage staff rosters, allocate shifts and match team members to customers, adapting quickly as plans change.

This role is essential to delivering reliable care across our community and aged care services. Ideal candidates will be organised, calm under pressure and excellent at communication.

Qualifications

• Rostering experience, ideally within aged care or community services
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management
• Initiative and confident problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite and online systems capability
• Certificate III in Office Administration, Business or equivalent (desirable)
• Availability to participate in an on-call and weekend rotating roster
• National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months
