Job summary

Well Life Services in Toowoomba-based operations is seeking a Head of Disability to lead Lifestyle Support Services across Queensland with regular travel. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, person-centred, and rights-based practice to empower participants.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will oversee Service Delivery, drive quality and compliance, ensure financial sustainability, and collaborate with families, participants and regulators to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service delivery in disability or NDIS sectors.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage quality, compliance and risk.
• Strong stakeholder management with clients, families and regulators.

Responsibilities
