Job summary

St.Giles Society Limited in Tasmania is seeking an experienced Support Services Operations Manager to lead the division across the state, focusing on safe, high-quality, person-centred services that meet regulatory requirements and drive sustainable growth.

You will report to the COO and work with the Executive Leadership Team to shape service delivery, improve outcomes for clients and strengthen workforce capability across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in disability or human services.
• Experience implementing quality and safeguarding frameworks.
• Strong governance, budgeting and performance management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Frontline Practice Leaders and operational teams across Tasmania.
• Drive high-performance culture with accountability, quality and continuous improvement.
• Oversee service delivery across multiple locations and programs.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
• Monitor performance, workforce utilization and financial sustainability.
• Lead responses to complex client issues, incidents and safeguarding matters.
• Contribute to organisational strategy, service innovation and growth initiatives.
• Build relationships with clients, families, regulators and community stakeholders.
