Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership and management to the clinical streams of North West Hospitals including the North West Regional Hospital, Mersey Community Hospital and associated District Hospitals and Community Health Centres and Primary Health
• Ensure delivery of quality services while meeting the Service Plan, Patient Flow & Access, Finance & Budget, and other performance indicators
• Champion and lead organisational change and improvements by identifying and implementing improvements to work processes and systems
