Job summary

Breakthru is seeking a Service Manager to lead day-to-day service delivery across designated homes and hubs, guiding teams to provide outstanding support and high-quality person-centred active supports. You will foster engagement and ensure continuity of care.

The role focuses on building partnerships with participants and stakeholders, developing rosters, interpreting budgets, and applying best-practice approaches within the Disability Services Act and UN Convention on the rights of a person

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in community management disability, human services or social sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience improving quality of life for people with disabilities per National Standards for Disability Services.
• Ability to work in partnership with participants and stakeholders.
• Ability to develop rosters and interpret financial information within service budgets.
• Knowledge of Person-Centred active support and procedures.
• Leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities
