The TheirCare Plus team is seeking a dedicated manager to lead our program at Piner Rivers site in Queensland. You will oversee daily support for children and young people with complex disability needs, design inclusive programs aligned with NDIS goals, and ensure operations meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in disability, education, or community services.
• Experience managing services for children with high and complex needs.
• Understanding of person-centred active support and inclusive practice.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Alignment with Caring, Open, Engaged values.
• NDIS and childcare sector familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering daily support for children and young people with complex disability needs.
• Design and oversee inclusive programs aligned with participant NDIS goals.
• Manage daily operations with focus on safety, service quality, and compliance.
• Coach, train, and reflect to foster positive team culture.
• Liaise with families, school teams, and stakeholders for individualized care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting per NDIS and internal systems.
• Promote a fun, inclusive environment where young people thrive.
