Job summary

TheirCare Plus in Queensland is seeking an experienced manager to lead our Piner Rivers site, guiding a team delivering high-quality daily support to children and young people with complex disability needs.

You will design and oversee inclusive programs aligned with participant NDIS goals, manage operations with a focus on safety, service quality, and compliance, and coach staff while liaising with families and school teams to ensure personalised care.

About your new role:

• Lead a team delivering high-quality daily support for children and young people with complex disability needs

• Foster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practice
• Liaise with families, school teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure individualised care
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with NDIS and internal quality systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector is ideal but not essential
• Previous leadership experience in a disability or child-focused setting
• Working towards or holding a relevant qualification at a minimum of Certificate III level in one of the following areas: Education, Community and Social Services, Health and Medical, Disability and Aged Care, or Allied Health.
• EmployeeBlue Cardvalid in Queensland.
• ValidHLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting(including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training).
• NDIS Orientation Certificate.
• Mandatory Reporting Certificate.
• Proof of Right to work in Australia.
