Concept Care Disability Solutions – Gregory Hills NSW is seeking a Recruitment Officer to support attracting and recruiting Disability Support Workers and other roles. You will be part of a small HR team, reporting to the HR Team Leader and working from the Gregory Hills office five days a week to build processes and candidate experience.

You will review applications, conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, perform reference checks, and help with onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months recruitment experience, including screening, scheduling and administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication with candidates.
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes.

Responsabilités

• Review applications, screen candidates and shortlist against criteria.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, keeping candidates informed.
• Conduct interviews using standard questions and tools with team support.
• Perform reference checks and coordinate pre-employment checks.
• Prepare and post job ads and assist with sourcing.
• Maintain recruitment records and support onboarding handover.
• Assist at recruitment events and information sessions.
