EY in Australia is seeking a Director of Talent Strategy and Organisational Effectiveness to lead an integrated Oceania Talent agenda, shaping the operating model and workforce strategies across portfolios. You will partner with Talent leaders and cross-functional teams to drive change, advance capabilities, and deliver measurable workforce outcomes.

You will guide strategy translation into practical initiatives, manage risks, and provide evidence-based advice to senior leaders, with flexibility

Competenze

Senior experience leading complex enterprise Talent transformations.
Strong knowledge of contemporary Talent operating models and work design.
Ability to translate strategy and emerging technology into practical choices.

Mansioni

Partner with Talent leaders to shape and drive an integrated Oceania Talent strategy and roadmap.
Advise internal stakeholders to align the talent operating model with global strategy and standards.
Co-design solutions to digitise and connect Talent services grounded in employee needs.
Translate strategy into practical change and ensure benefits are realised sustainably.
Identify external trends to inform TLT strategy and prioritisation.
Define an enterprise workforce-planning framework and skills architecture.
Lead enterprise workforce intelligence and provide decision-useful insights to senior leaders.
Assess impact of technology and AI on workforce shape and guide governance.
