Job summary

EY Oceania is seeking a Director, Talent Strategy and Organisational Effectiveness to lead the development of an integrated talent strategy and operating model across Australia and New Zealand. You will accelerate change, oversee service delivery, technology, AI and automation, and guide workforce insights for senior leadership.

You will liaise with Talent, Global and Technology teams to align practices with global standards, while shaping workforce intelligence and governance for sustainable

Qualifications

• Senior experience leading complex enterprise talent transformations.
• Knowledge of contemporary talent operating models and work design.
• Ability to translate strategy and technology into practical workforce options.
• Commercial, financial and technology fluency, including responsible AI and data.

Responsibilities

• Shape an integrated Oceania Talent strategy and roadmap with enterprise view.
• Advise stakeholders to align the Oceania operating model with global strategy and standards.
• Co-design opportunities to simplify and digitise Talent services grounded in employee needs.
• Translate strategy into practical change, driving benefits realization.
• Identify external trends to inform TLT strategy and priorities.
• Define enterprise workforce-planning framework and skills architecture.
• Establish enterprise workforce intelligence agenda with data and insights.
• Assess impacts of tech, AI, and regulatory shifts on workforce design.
