• Experience originating, structuring and executing structured finance or corporate finance transactions.
• Strong understanding of securitisation, asset-based finance and receivables finance.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, investors, banks and senior internal stakeholders.
• Sound commercial judgement to assess risk and balance customer outcomes.
