Job summary

Bank of America in Sydney is seeking an Associate to join the Global Markets Securitised Products Group (GMSP) within Structured Finance Origination. The Australian structured credit market is active, offering opportunities to develop deal structuring and client engagement with access to capital markets.

You will manage the deal process from pitch to close, perform financial analysis and due diligence, and collaborate with law firms, rating agencies and accountants to ensure regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, accounting or related field.
Detail oriented with strong quantitative skills and fast, accurate decisions in a dynamic market.
Effective verbal and written communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

Assist in establishing, structuring and executing private securitisation facilities.
Assist in syndicating public securitisation transactions and access to capital markets for clients.
Manage the deal process from pitch to close with cross-functional stakeholders.
Maintain client relationships and expand your professional network.
Prepare client pitch books and internal credit papers; analyse credit risk.
Ensure all deals comply with policy and regulatory requirements.
