Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree and at least 6 years' relevant experience.
• HR Business Partner experience in financial services or matrixed org.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation (Fair Work Act/NES).
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, able to navigate ambiguity.
• Attention to detail and accountability; deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Continuous improvement mindset; leverage tech and AI to improve people outcomes.
• Experience with Workday is advantageous.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce priorities.
• Partner to develop and execute people strategies for performance and growth.
• Lead talent, performance, succession, promotion, and compensation processes.
• Advise on complex employee relations, performance, and change management.
• Drive leadership development with regional Centres of Excellence.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, design, hiring strategy, and mobility.
• Use data and market intelligence to identify trends and risks.
• Work with Compensation, Legal, Compliance, Recruitment to deliver integrated solutions.
• Champion inclusive, high-performance culture and firm-wide initiatives.
• Lead strategic HR projects to improve employee experience and capability.
