Job summary
Volvo Group Australia seeks a Director, Service Solutions to lead strategy and performance for Service Contracts and Connected Services across Region Australia and select importer markets. Responsibilities
- Lead Service Solutions strategy and performance across Region Australia and importer markets.
- Drive service contracts, connected services and revenue growth with market execution.
- Establish governance and measures to improve accountability and results.
- Strengthen dealer relationships and ensure alignment with Volvo Group strategy.
- Develop pricing, offers and go-to-market approaches for sustainable growth.
- Build data-driven commercial capability across network and regional teams.
