Job summary

Volvo Trucks Australia is seeking a strategic leader to direct Service Solutions across Region Australia and select importer markets. You will shape the strategy and performance of Service Contracts and Connected Services, driving growth, profitability and customer value through competitive offers and market execution.

Reporting to the Vice President Service Market, you will collaborate with dealer principals, leadership teams and internal stakeholders to lift service contract attachment,

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in business or management is preferred; trade certification in automotive industry is desirable.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with experience translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across complex dealer, customer and stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Solutions strategy across Region Australia and selected importer markets, translating priorities into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Drive service contract attachment, connected services penetration, revenue and profitability across dealer and fleet networks.
• Establish governance and performance measures to strengthen accountability and market execution.
• Lead development and optimisation of Service Contracts and Connected Services, evolving propositions as needed.
• Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals and dealership leadership, aligning priorities and driving collaboration.
• Develop proactive, data-driven commercial capability and leverage market insights to identify opportunities.
