Job summary

Volvo Group Australia is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Director - Uptime & Service Excellence to strengthen relationships across our dealer networks in Australia and export markets. You will influence senior stakeholders and balance commercial priorities with customer outcomes to deliver sustainable results.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in a complex automotive/service network environment.
Proven track record leading service, technical support, warranty, quality or aftersales functions.
Demonstrated success influencing outcomes through governance and relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the Uptime & Service Excellence strategy across Australia and export markets.
Influence dealer principals and leadership teams to improve uptime, service response and customer outcomes.
Establish governance, targets and performance frameworks for uptime across the network.
Build trusted relationships with dealers and key stakeholders to drive collaboration and results.
Lead service transformation from reactive to proactive uptime with data-led interventions.
