Job summary

Cor Cordis in Sydney seeks a Director to lead mid-market restructuring and advisory engagements. You will shape outcomes, mentor teams, and drive growth while navigating complex financial challenges with discretion.

You’ll manage client relationships, develop new opportunities, analyze financials, build strategic plans, and ensure governance and compliance. This role requires CA/CPA, ARITA progress, and proven leadership in a collaborative, values-driven firm.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in restructuring and insolvency with a business or accounting degree.
• CA or CPA qualification; ARITA qualification either obtained or in progress.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements and shape outcomes for clients.
• Liaise with creditors, debtors and legal representatives to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Develop business opportunities and drive firm growth.
• Mentor junior staff and promote technical and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with laws and professional standards.
