Job summary

Judo Bank Pty is seeking a Director Relationships to drive SME growth through a relationship-focused approach to business banking, opening new doors and pursuing opportunities with brokers across Australia.

You’ll lead origination, support your team in structuring and closing complex lending deals, and become a trusted adviser to business owners across diverse industries, joining a collaborative, high-performing team that values winning together.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields.
• Proficient in credit writing and financial analysis.
• A self-starter with a proven ability to build networks and partner with brokers.
• Collaborative team player with a curious mindset.
