Judo Bank Pty is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance and Insights to turn data into decisions, analyse performance and deliver actionable insights that guide lending, banking and customer outcomes. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, bring together stakeholders and translate complex data into clear narratives.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience guiding projects from idea through to measurable outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll likely bring:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions and turn data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations.
• Practical experience working with data using tools such as Excel and Power BI, with a basic knowledge of SQL or a willingness to develop it further.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and visualise complex insights for different audiences.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams or pieces of analysis, working across teams and bringing stakeholders along the journey.
• An intellectually curious and commercially minded approach, with a natural tendency to ask why, test assumptions and connect data to customer outcomes and business performance.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast moving environment, adapting as priorities change and knowing when to seek input or support.
