Judo Bank is seeking a senior banking professional to lead SME growth with a deeply relationship‑focused approach. You will own an end‑to‑end portfolio, balancing expansion with retention and delivering credit submissions that support prudent risk management.

In this role you will nurture long‑term relationships with customers, brokers and partners, collaborate with credit and support teams, and shape portfolio strategy to deliver exceptional SME outcomes across Australia.

Formación

• 8+ years in business or commercial banking, credit or a related field.
• Strong credit writing and financial analysis capability.
• Australian working rights.

Qualifications You’ll likely bring:

• 8+ years’ experience in business or commercial banking, credit or a related field

• A proactive self‑starter mindset, with the ability to build networks, take ownership and back your judgement
• A collaborative approach and natural curiosity that supports strong team outcomes
