Job summary

Judo Bank Pty in Australia is seeking a Director, Relationships to drive SME growth through a relationship-focused approach to business banking, opening new doors and creating momentum by identifying and pursuing new business. You’ll focus on market origination while supporting your team in structuring and closing complex deals.

You will build robust relationships with customers and brokers, champion teamwork, and develop best practice relationship models for our valued SME clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial banking, credit, or related fields.
• Proficient in credit writing and financial analysis.
• Self-starter with proven ability to build networks and partner with brokers.
• Collaborative team player with a curious mindset.
