• API Continuing Professional Development compliance

Aufgaben

• Complete valuation assignments across the office sector
• Provide expert advice on complex property matters
• Take full ownership of reports as Principal Valuer, ensuring IVS/API/IFRS compliance
• Lead assignments with strategic precision, balancing client needs with internal risk management
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and banking panels
