Jones Lang LaSalle in Sydney is looking for a seasoned Director, Analyst to lead and coordinate high-profile retail capital markets campaigns on behalf of the agency. You will own financial modelling, drive client engagement from pitch to close, and mentor a small team, collaborating with internal support functions to deliver market-leading results.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep knowledge of Australian retail real estate and a track record in complex multi-party transactions.

Qualifications

• Essential: Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial real estate, with a demonstrated track record in retail capital markets, investment sales or a closely related discipline.
• Desirable: Experience on major retail transactions and established networks across institutional capital groups.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: End-to-end delivery of retail sale and marketing campaigns from pitch to close.
• Modelling & Underwriting: Build and maintain detailed financial models for retail assets using Forbury and Excel-based cash flow analysis.
• Business Development: Build relationships with institutional clients and capital partners to grow mandate pipelines.
• Internal Team Leadership & Coordination: Mentor the analytical and operations team and ensure high-quality deliverables on time.
