Qualifications

• Extensive residential valuation experience with specialised expertise in development sites and project valuations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value assignments for institutional clients.
• Strong analytical capabilities in development feasibility and financial modeling.
• Professional valuation qualification (CPV) with active industry membership.
• Exceptional communication skills - you translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
• Established network within Brisbane's residential development sector and demonstrated team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive valuations across the residential development lifecycle - greenfield sites, projects under construction, and completed developments.
• Provide strategic guidance on feasibility studies, market positioning, and highest and best use assessments that shape project direction.
