TeamKids in Australia is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) for the Campbell OSHC service. This permanent, full‑time role offers flexible admin hours and the option to work from home between service times, with support from a Mentor and Regional Manager.

You will lead a team to deliver a safe, engaging program, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and local community while ensuring compliance and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSHC/childcare programs.
• Diploma or working towards ACECQA standards.
• Strong communication with schools, parents and staff.
