TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care in Australia. The Director of Service (Coordinator) leads a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, builds strong relationships with schools and the community, and manages service operations.

The role involves leading and rostering educators, ensuring compliance, planning engaging activities, and maintaining strong school partnerships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of a team of educators.
• Confident communication with children, parents, staff and principals.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and roster a team of educators to deliver safe and engaging OSHC programs.
• Supervise children and build strong relationships with school and local community.
