Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Education.
• Eligibility to teach according to NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
• Experience leading teaching and learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and learning with a focus on excellence in classrooms.
• Drive professional learning and teaching quality across staff.
• Utilise external assessments and diagnostics to inform instruction and outcomes.
• Lead the implementation of a school-wide Learning Management System (LMS).
• Oversee academic awards and reporting practices (Compass).
• Support Gifted and Diverse Learning programs and related testing.
