Job summary

CELA in Sydney is seeking a Program Manager, Professional Learning and Consultancy to lead a large, dynamic portfolio of learning programs and consultancy services across Australia. You will guide an experienced team, translate strategy into delivery, and ensure governance, systems and accountability underpin ongoing success.

• Lead professional learning, education, capability, consultancy or advisory teams.
• Strong people leadership, setting expectations and addressing performance constructively.
• Experience managing a substantial portfolio of concurrent programs, projects or engagements.
• Translate strategy into practical delivery through planning, governance, systems and workflows.
• Curious, analytical approach to diagnose issues and make well-considered decisions.
• Interpersonal awareness to adapt leadership style while maintaining momentum and accountability.
• Strong commercial judgement; understanding quality, impact, capacity and financial sustainability.
• Excellent communication, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a lean, purpose-driven organisation close to delivery.
