Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group Australia seeks a seasoned professional to join the Professional Development team. You will design and deliver leadership programs, facilitate workshops, and coach leaders across multiple levels, partnering with senior stakeholders to align capability needs with business goals.

In this role you will manage end-to-end program delivery, apply psychometric tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning content and resources across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in leadership, facilitation or L&D.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership programs for multiple levels.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across distributed teams.
• Familiarity with leadership frameworks and psychometric tools.
• Experience with learning design and delivery tools like Canva, Articulate or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership development programs across all leadership levels.
• Facilitate engaging workshops, coaching sessions, conferences, virtual and blended learning.
• Partner with Area Leaders and stakeholders to identify capability needs.
• Create bespoke programs aligned to business and stakeholder requirements.
• Coach leaders to embed sustainable leadership behaviours and drive performance.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery including logistics and communications.
• Apply capability frameworks and psychometric tools to support outcomes.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and reporting.
• Contribute to learning content, resources and tools.
• Collaborate with PD and People & Culture teams to build leadership capability.
