Job summary

Bond University Executive Learning Unit seeks an experienced Partnerships Manager to build and expand executive education programs across Australia and internationally, managing a diverse portfolio of customised offerings and microcredentials with senior stakeholder engagement.

You will lead opportunities from engagement through to proposal, tender, negotiation and conversion, working with academic and professional teams to deliver tailored learning solutions and measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Proven business development professional with a track record of winning new business across government and corporate markets.
• Experience identifying and pursuing opportunities, developing and winning complex proposals and tenders.
• Strong proposal writing skills, negotiation of commercial outcomes and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Generate and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage opportunities through the sales and BD cycle.
• Lead government tenders, RFIs, EOIs and corporate proposals.
• Develop tailored executive learning solutions for clients.
• Connect clients with academic and professional expertise.
• Negotiate commercial and partnership arrangements.
• Manage the CRM and sales pipeline.
• Drive Executive Learning revenue, reach and reputation.
