Job summary

Curio Group is seeking a leader in learning design to drive exceptional online learning experiences across higher education, vocational education, schools, and enterprises. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will apply educational theories, leverage digital resources, and design content that aligns with AQF and industry standards while fostering innovative approaches in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree with 5+ years in a higher education environment.
• Expertise in designing and developing online learning content.
• Experience managing people and complex programs within budgets and timelines.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and educational technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder relationships.
• High-level problem-solving and adaptability.
• Experience using educational technologies and LMS in curriculum design.
• Ability to lead, take initiative and overcome obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of exceptional learning experiences and manage projects and relationships with stakeholders.
• Undertake client and senior stakeholder management across large work programs.
• Manage projects and teams, contribute to thought leadership and mentorship.
• Develop and maintain team processes, communications and culture.
• Apply pedagogical techniques to architecture, design, and creation of learning resources.
• Engage in business development and pursue new opportunities while managing client relationships.
• Oversee multiple complex concurrent projects with planning, resources, and communication.
• Identify risks and issues and take timely action with clients and teams.
• Co-design and create innovative online learning experiences with subject matter experts.
• Write high-quality student-facing material to AQF and industry standards.
